Data collected

Only what you enter in the booking form: first and last name, e-mail, phone (optional), type of shoot, place, timing, project description, preferred contact method and site language.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request, discuss your project and send you a quote. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who has access

Only Nora Khalloul reads your requests. They are technically hosted by Netlify, Inc. (website and form hosting) and delivered by e-mail through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), both based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

If you choose to talk on WhatsApp, your messages are subject to the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy.

Retention

Requests are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If they lead to a booking, the information needed for invoicing is kept for the legal period (10 years).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or ask for its portability by writing to norak.photographies@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: your visit sends no data to third-party services, apart from the host, which technically processes your IP address to display the pages.
